ALMOND BISCOTTI |
2 1/4 Cups Flour

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl, combine the next 5 ingredients and mix with an electric mixer at medium speed, until creamy. Gradually add the flour mixture. Stir in the almonds. Divide the dough in half. With moist hands make roll into 2 logs. Place on a sheet and bake 18 minutes, or until firm. Transfer to a cutting board, and slice diagonally. Lay the slices back on the sheet and bake until brown about 12 minutes. |
