BROWNIE PIE

3 Egg Whites
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, packed
18 2 ½” Graham Cracker Squares, crumbled

1/4 Cups Walnuts, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Pint Vanilla Fat Free Frozen Yogurt, softened

Preheat oven to 325°. Spray 9" pie plate with cooking spray. In a bowl with an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Add the sugar and mix until firm peaks form. Gently fold in cracker crumbs, walnuts and vanilla, until mixed. Place in the pie pan and bake 25 minutes. Cool completely. Spread yogurt on top and freeze until firm about 3 hours.
