APPLE CRANBERRY PIE

1 1/2 Cups Low Fat Granola
1 Egg White
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
6 Granny Smith Apples, cored and
thinly sliced

1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325°. Spray 9" pie plate with cooking spray. Place granola in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add egg, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon water. Pulse until it holds together. Press the mixture into the pie pan. Combine the remaining ingredients, spread evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon water. Cover with foil and Bake for 45-50 minutes.
