Preheat oven to 350°. In medium bowl stir 2 cups flour and 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Pat dough onto a 15 x 10 non-stick pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites with
the remaining 1/4 Cup flour, baking powder, sugar, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice
lemon peel and vanilla. Pour over the hot crust and bake until set. 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar. Cut into 48 squares.
