PINEAPPLE WITH YOGURT SAUCE

1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt 1 1/2 Teaspoons Crystallized Ginger,
chopped
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Orange Peel, grated
2 Tablespoons Butter

1 Tablespoon plus 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Lime Juice
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Peach
All Fruit Spread
1/2 Pineapple, cored, peeled, cut
into wedges

Place a broiler rack about 4 inches from the heat source and heat broiler. In a small bowl combine the first 4 ingredients until smooth. Cover and set aside. In a small skillet, melt the butter and next 2 ingredients together. Place pineapple in a broiler safe baking pan 11 x 7. Pour the butter mixture over all. Broil turning once 5 to 7 minutes or until brown on both sides. Serve with the ginger sauce.
