Creamy Chicken Risotto

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup Arborio rice
1 Tablespoon Take Control Butter Spread
2 Cups Water
1/4 Cup Pearl Onions
1/2 Cup Buitoni Light Alfredo Sauce
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
4 Ounces Chicken, cooked and diced
1/4 Cup bacon bits
Pepper, to taste
1/2 Cup Peas
1/8 Cup Almonds, sliced
Place the Rice and butter in a bag. Place the Onions, Alfredo Sauce, Chicken, Bacon bits and Pepper in a Bag. Place the Peas and Almonds In another. Freeze. Add the water when Cooking it.

To Cook:

Add the rice and the butter to a suace pan. Stir until butter melts. Add the water. Add the next 7 ingredients to the pan. Cover and Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Or until Rice is tender. Fold in the last 2 ingredients and serve.
