BROILED SEA BASS WITH PINEAPPLE GLAZE

3 Tablespoons Pineapple Preserves
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1/8 Teaspoon Red Pepper

1 Garlic Clove, minced
4 (6 OZ) Sea Bass
(or other white) Fillets
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Cooking Spray

Preheat Broiler. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle fillets with the pepper. Place the fillets on a broiler pan and coat with cooking spray. Broil 5 minutes.Remove and brush with the glaze on both sides. Return to broiler and cook an additional 5 minutes or until done. Serve.
