BROILED SEA BASS WITH PINEAPPLE GLAZE |
3 Tablespoons Pineapple Preserves

1 Garlic Clove, minced

Preheat Broiler. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle fillets with the pepper. Place the fillets on a broiler pan and coat with cooking spray. Broil 5 minutes.Remove and brush with the glaze on both sides. Return to broiler and cook an additional 5 minutes or until done. Serve. |
