1 Vidalia Onion, chopped
Cooking Spray
1 ¼ Cups Fresh Cilantro, chopped

1 ¼ Cups Yellow Tomato,
seeded and chopped
3 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
½ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Mix all the ingredients together. Serve.
