CRAB CAKES |
1 Pound Crab Meat, shell
|
1 Tablespoon Water
|
Combine all ingredients except oil. Divide crab mixture into 6 equal portions. Shape each into a thick patty. Heat 1 ½ teaspoons oil in a non-stick pan. Add 4 patties and cook 4 minutes. Carefully turn over and cook 3 more minutes. Repeat process with remaining oil for the other patties. |
