14 Ounces Green Chiles, diced

3/4 Cup Egg Beaters® 99%

Lay 1/2 the chilies on a 9 X 13” pan on the bottom; cover with 1/2 the cheese. Repeat the layers. Beat sour cream with the eggs and pour over the top. Grind the pepper to taste on the top. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. |
