10 Cups Water

1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper

Bring 10 cups water to a boil. Add spinach and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 10 minutes. Drain. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, cook for 3 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup water and next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil and add spinach. Cook until heated through. Place in 4 bowls and sprinkle with cheese. Serve. |
