CROCKPOT LENTIL & CANADIAN BACON

1 (16 OZ) Package Dried Lentils,
sorted & rinsed
2 (14 ½ OZ) Cans Vegetable Broth
1 (6 OZ) Package Canadian Bacon,
chopped
2 Carrots, chopped
1 Potato, chopped

1 Onion, diced
4 Cups Water
1 Teaspoon Thyme
¼ Teaspoon Pepper

Mix all ingredients into a crock-pot. Cover and cook on high for 8-9 hours. Serve.
